Processing times

Processing time is 10 business days for any and all screen prints. Processing time starts after close on preordered items. Wholesale items will have a specific processing time posted, typically 6-10 weeks from close. Completed pressed items are 15 business days from close. 

Shipping

Shipping services are separate from my own processing time. 

Wholesale

The only products eligible for wholesale selling would be completed products, using heat transfers purchased from me. Everything else listed under wholesale is for retail selling only. 

Returns and Refunds

All orders are final sale. In the event that I am out of my given processing time,  I send an email to those effected, at that time I give the option of cancelling or waiting. If you opt to wait, please know that I will be working around the clock to get orders out. If you are not in the position to wait, that is accepted and respected and your order will be refunded. 

Swimwear

All sales are final on swimwear. Due to the nature of the use of the garment, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for these products. We have thoroughly vetted these items to ensure they’re high quality and accurately sized.
