Pressing Instructions

Each item will have a brief pressing description in the listing, as well as the footer of the packing slip. These are approximate as every press will be different and will need you to be familiar with your press and whether it runs hotter or cooler than display panel shows. Highly recommend a heat gun to see how your platten runs.

Single Color Screen Print Transfers

Set Heat Press to 325-350 depending on your press. Start with a lower temp and increase if needed. Pre-Press the shirt/material to remove moisture. Center transfer on shirt/material and press for 5-7 seconds. Hot peel gently; if transfer has issues sticking, press for 2-3 more seconds.

DTF Transfers

Always pre press your shirt for 5 seconds to remove any moisture (this should be done with any kind of shirt transfer application). Press on high pressure at 305-320 degrees for 10 seconds. Set aside to cool for a moment. When cool to the touch, gently peel the clear transfer paper, if there is any resistance, lay the transfer paper down use another cloth to rub the transfer paper of the edges, and press again. Again, gently peel the paper. Once transfer paper is removed press again at 305-320 degrees for 8 seconds, with a parchment paper or teflon sheet covering the design for protection (you don't have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress).

UV DTF Decals/Wraps

1. MEASURE CUP AND DECAL WRAP. TRIM EXCESS FROM SIDES OF DECAL AS NECESSARY, AS WELL AS TO AVOID THE WRAP OVERLAPPING WHEN APPLIED ON THE CUP. 2. PEEL DECAL WRAP OFF OF WHITE BACKING. 3. LINE THE DECAL FILM ONTO THE CUP AND STICK DECAL TO CUP, STARTING ON ONE SIDE AND PRESSING THE WRAP DOWN ONTO THE CUP. THE ADHESIVE IS VERY STRONG, ONCE APPLIED TO THE CUP, IT CANNOT BE REMOVED 4. USING A SQUEEGEE, RUB THE DECAL REALLY WELL TO PROPERLY ADHERE AND WORK OUT ANY AIR BUBBLES. THE MORE RUBBING THE BETTER. 5. PEEL OFF CLEAR FILM
