Mommy screens are 12”x12” , this will depend on each design in particular! This will fit youth XL-Adult 4XL. 

Screen Print Transfer Instructions:
Set Heat Press to 325-350 depending on your press. Start with a lower temp and increase if needed. Pre-Press the shirt/material to remove moisture. Center transfer on shirt/material and press for 5-7 seconds. Hot peel gently; if transfer has issues sticking, press for 2-3 more seconds.

*YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS! THESE WILL NOT WORK WITH A HOME IRON OR EASY PRESS*
